Two plants Coffea Canephora and Coffea Arabica wich are part of Rubiaceae family , give the base for each coffe product.The coffe bushes likes the tropical weather and climate, their high are between 1-18 meter.The coffee is used since thousand years , a big impetus in its consumption ( not only to chew it) was given by the manufacturing of clay pots, when the indigens started to boil different coffe liquids
Coffea Canephora (Robusta) is growing at low highs ( 300-500 meters),very resistant to heat fluctuations, droughts and pests, the fruit is less fragrant and succulent, but its caffeine content is twice as much as Arabica. Robusta gives its strength and consistency to coffee, which is bitter and 30% of the world's rotten production is Robusta.
Coffea Arabica (Arabica) grows at 900-2000 meters altitude .It is a sensitive plant, cultivating it needs a laborious work but the beans are more fragrant than the Robusta. Arabica is aproximativ 70% of the world's coffee production.
